Appointment Coordinator- Automotive Service
Quality Chevrolet is growing and looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team.
The Appointment Coordinator is directly involved in booking and coordinating customer service appointments. This position is the image and face of our Service Department to our Customers. We need enthusiastic, inherently helpful people on our team who will do their very best to make a bad situation (car needs repair!) the smoothest transition they can.
Schedules service appointments by phone, in person, or via email
Works with the Service Department when booking and following up with appointments
Provides guests with vehicle status information when needed
Responds to guests concerns via phone, in person, or email
May be involved setting up loaner vehicles or coordinating with the collision center for vehicle repairs
Directs telephone calls to the appropriate parties, as necessary
Customer callbacks after the visit
Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Performs other administrative duties, as assigned
Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner
Maintains a professional appearance at all times
A high school diploma or equivalent desired.
Prefer a minimum of one (1) year experience in a service department
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; work well with the public
