Job Requirements:

Prior closer, floor manager, sales manager, F&I and/or high caliber auto salesperson preferred Must be interested in guiding the customer through the sales process from needs assessment to the delivery process Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales Self-starter and good use of time management Hi level of EQ, able to bond well with clients Possess strong communication skills Must have a clean & valid driver’s license Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment Must have a great attitude and coachable Must be customer focused and constantly provide a high level of service Must be passionate and energetic about helping customers during the buying process Must have basic computer skills.
