Automotive Aftermarket Customer Service Representative Nissan of Omaha - Omaha, Nebraska, US

Nissan of Omaha is looking to hire an Aftermarket Customer Service Representative . This position would act as a liaison between the Customer and the dealership.
Main Responsibilities :
Deal directly with customer by telephone and in person
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Set up appointments for aftermarket services for customers vehicles
Keep records of customer interactions and record necessary details
Follow up on customer interactions with the Dealership and make sure all items have been handled to their expectation
Support the Aftermarket Manager with necessary paperwork and other misc. duties as needed.
Excellent communication skills- Verbal and Written
Excellent listening skills
Ability to assess problems and utilize problem solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
This position is a Full Time position with varied hours being days, evenings and Saturdays.
