Human Resources Manager
Paragon Motors- a large volume, fast growing company in the automotive industry is seeking a detail orientated, organized and experienced Human Resources Manager.
-Recruit, screen, test and hire new talent
-Develop, implement and maintain personnel files via computerized cloud-based system
-Coordinate open enrollments for Employees and manage benefit questions
-Manage training programs and meetings for Employees
-Advise Managers and Employees about the day-to-day administration policies and procedures
-Investigate and advise on Manager and Employee relations and concerns while monitoring consistent application of all disciplinary procedures
-Coordinate annual reviews for Managers and Employees
-Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory requirements (includes management and filing of the necessary documentation regarding unemployment, FMLA, workers compensation, short/long term disability, EEOC and/or OSHA investigations and hearings, etc.)
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field
-Have minimum of 5yrs experience working in Human Resources or labor relations
-PHR or SPHR certification preferred
-Possess accurate and updated knowledge of Federal and State laws applicable to wages, hours, working conditions, safety, labor relations and etc.
-Have outstanding and effective communication, organizational, and computer skills (Including programs such as ADP, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
-Salary Based on Experience ( $65k-$80k )
