As a result of our continued growth, we're seeking a qualified BDC Manager with a proven track record.

 

The Business Development Center (BDC) Manager is responsible for handling leads, managing incoming sales calls, and responding to customer emails—often with personalized video replies. Strong communication and organization skills are a must!

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming calls and coordinate schedules of sales and service teams
  • Customer follow up on website inquiries 
  • Provide information back to customers based on their questions and needs 
  • Manage required paperwork and records 
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Prior customer service experience 
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use multiple computer and telephone software applications
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn new information 
  • Automotive experience a plus
