The ideal BDC sales representative will deliver a premium customer experience on the phone with excellent communication skills and a friendly and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Our BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Representative needs to manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and other forms of communication in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to quickly identify customer service needs considering the optimum appointment availability for both the customer and the dealership, partnering with the sales team to provide solutions and/or alternatives for our customers to ensure the BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Job Requirements:

$17 plus performance bonuses

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about customer service
  • Must be able and willing to receive a high amount of inbound calls
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls to engage customers that haven’t been in for service either at all, or for an extended amount of time.
  • Effective in handling customer objections, making customers feel heard and that we will do our best to make their experience a positive one.
  • Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and superior work ethic
  • Use scripts as provided by management to collect all pertinent customer information and document in the system accordingly
  • Excellent customer service skills and motivation to be successful
  • Intermediate computer & phone skills
  • Prior service or sales BDC, call center or collections experience preferred
  • Outbound calls and/or appointment setting experience a plus
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
