Automotive Sales Consultant

If you are an enthusiastic, seasoned Automotive Sales Professional with a passion for selling one of the best vehicles on the planet, and you enjoy working with customers, then we want you to come talk to us about becoming a member of our team. Only experienced and seasoned sales professionals need apply, we have a solid crew, and with our booming growth, we need add two more team members. We have the best pay plan in East Texas, and maybe all of Texas. Up to 35% comission can be earned, with daily cash spiffs, and an annual bonus that ranges from 10k-25k based on total units sold for the year. If you are winner, and come to the office everyday ready to put in the work, and want grow in a family owned company that has 55 locations in states all across the country, with tremendous opportunity for promotions and growth, then we want to talk to you. 

Responsibilities

  • Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
  • Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, training's, and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Sales experience a plus (any industry)
  • Professional and dependable
  • Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision
  • Safety and customer service oriented
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions
