Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic PR team. In this entry-level role, you will support the execution of PR campaigns, media relations, and content creation to enhance our organization's public image. You will assist in managing communications with media outlets, drafting press materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of PR efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate media outreach, including pitching stories and maintaining media lists.
  • Help organize press events, product launches, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor media coverage and track the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Update and maintain the company’s press kit and media assets.
  • Assist with social media content creation and management.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and maintaining files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and communications, to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and media coverage relevant to the organization.

Job Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
  • Experience with media monitoring tools and PR software is a plus.
