Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. In addition to greeting guests, you will handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing schedules, and supporting the office's daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain and manage the office calendar and appointments for staff members.
  • Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments as required.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Assist in managing office security, including signing in visitors and issuing badges.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
