Your Role as Sales Manager:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Implement strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Drive team performance through effective training, development, coaching, and cheer-leading.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create marketing and sales strategies that boost revenue.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring seamless processes and high energy.
  • Direct, individual sales when needed.
